What is a topsite?

A topsite is a listing of sites ranked by votes in a given category. A vote is counted as a click from a user in/out of the topsite and the website with the most votes shows up at the top of the topsite list. Each website listed in the topsite is given a special HTML code that they place on their webpages to generate votes. This voting code is a small button that is hyperlinked to the topsite voting script.
